Our NEW Maíz Organic Yellow Corn Tortillas have quickly become a staple around our table and one of our favorite ways to enjoy them is as part of a pan of cheesy beef enchiladas!  Here's our go-to method: Heat oven to 350°F.  Add a little sauce to your baking dish first (this is key!).  Heat your tortillas.  Fill tortillas, roll 'em up, place seam-side down. Smother with more sauce and cheese.  Bake 10-15 minutes until bubbly and melty.
