🥪 Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich (Chicken)
🧂 Ingredients

Chicken Filling

* 400 g boneless chicken, cut into strips
* 1 tbsp chopped garlic
* 1 tbsp butter
* 1 tbsp oil
* ½ tsp salt
* 1 tsp paprika powder
* ½ tsp black pepper powder
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp onion powder
* 1 tsp cumin powder
* Mozzarella cheese

Veggies

* 1 tbsp butter
* 1 medium onion, sliced
* 1 cup mixed bell peppers, sliced
* Salt & pepper to taste

Assemble

* Sandwich bread / hoagie rolls
* Mayonnaise

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook Chicken
    Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and sauté.
    Add chicken, salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin powder.
    Cook until chicken is tender and slightly golden.
2. Sauté Veggies
    In another pan, melt butter. Add onions and bell peppers.
    Season with salt and pepper. Cook until soft and slightly caramelized.
3. Combine & Melt Cheese
    Mix veggies into the chicken. Add generous mozzarella on top.
    Cover the pan for 1–2 minutes until cheese melts.
4. Assemble Sandwich
    Spread mayonnaise on bread. Fill with cheesy chicken mixture.
    Toast lightly if desired.
