In this video, I’m sharing a bakery-style secret method that makes cupcakes incredibly soft, moist, and melt-in-the-mouth — perfect to surprise your mom!

No fancy tools. No complicated steps. Just one hidden trick that changes everything.

Make these beautiful Mother’s Day cupcakes at home and see the smile on her face ❤️

Ingredients:
75 g sugar
1 tsp baking powder 
1 egg
2 tbsp yogurt 
35 g milk
1/2 tsp vanilla 
90 g flour
65 g unsalted butter 
50 g chopped strawberries

Method:
1. Prep
    * Preheat oven to 170°C (338°F).
    * Line cupcake tray with liners.
2. Wet mix
    * In a bowl, whisk sugar and egg until slightly pale.
    * Add yogurt, milk, vanilla, and oil. Whisk until smooth.
3. Dry mix
    * Sift flour and baking powder into the wet mixture.
    * Gently fold. Do not overmix.
4. Add strawberries
    * Pat strawberries dry.
    * Toss them in 1 tsp flour (prevents sinking).
    * Fold gently into batter.
5. Bake
    * Fill liners ¾ full.
    * Bake for 18–22 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
6. Cool
    * Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting.

Why oil works better here?
Oil makes the cupcakes:

* Extra moist
* Softer for longer time
* Lighter crumb (perfect with juicy strawberries)
