Annie Ostrowski and Joel Christerson recently bought the venue, and their first weekend featured four sold-out shows in three days. ⁠

Now, the lease provides for another two years, and the place appears on the up and up, with everything from comedy shows to an Enya birthday celebration.⁠

“We can do whatever we want here,” Christerson said. “Let’s do some fun, weird stuff.”⁠
