The Burnside Bridge in Portland, Oregon turns 100 this May - and the bridge is closing to traffic for one afternoon for a big party. 

The iconic bridge is illuminated by the beloved White Stag Sign. A big centennial celebration is set for May 30 on top of the bridge!

Activities include: live concerts on the bridge, a walking history exhibit, food vendors, and LEGO bridge building activities.

This is one of the best family-friendly events Portland has to offer, and one of the best things to do in May. 

Confirmed performers include uralthomasandthepain, DJ Aspen, and the oregonsymphony Brass Quintet.
