This Mental Health Week, we’re reminded that psychological health is just as important as physical safety. Across the RCMP, employees have access to resources, peer support, and a community that prioritizes mental health.

Loneliness and isolation aren’t always visible, but connection can make a real difference. If you or someone you know needs support, help is available 24/7 by calling or texting 9 8 8, Canada’s Suicide Crisis Helpline.

Creating a culture where it’s okay to ask for help matters. Check in with a colleague, friend or neighbour, or even a four-legged friend like our very own K9 partner. A simple conversation can make more of a difference than you think!
