What’s something you’re trying to let go of this month?💭

You’d never guess what goes on in my head😣

I can look put together, confident, happy…
and still have a million thoughts telling me I’m doing something wrong

that I should’ve said less
or done more
or been different somehow

there’s a part of me that overthinks everything
that questions if I’m getting it right
in life, in dating, friendships, in motherhood, in all of it

and yeah… sometimes that voice is loud

but I’ve learned it doesn’t get the final say

because at the end of the day,
I know who I am

I’m growing
I’m learning
I show up, even on the days my mind tries to convince me not to

and I’m building a life I’m proud of
for me, and for my son

so no, I’m not perfect
and my mind and my mouth might get messy sometimes

but I’m still standing here
choosing myself
every single time 🤍✨
