Small schedule update starting May 27th 👊

Our Wednesday 12PM class is officially becoming GI JIU JITSU 🥋

12PM Schedule:
• Monday: No-Gi
• Wednesday: Gi
• Friday; No-Gi

Looking forward to adding more gi training to the weekly schedule while keeping the fast paced nogi rounds on Mondays and Fridays.
