who do i think i am?? this elote bacon corn pasta salad is absolutely fire 🔥🔥🔥 recipe below

sauce:
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
red onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (diced)
1/4 cup cotija
bacon
grilled corn cooked 
lime juice and zest
salt, pepper, chili powder 
stir

cook pasta of choice (wait for it to cool) 
cook bacon in pan
grill corn (i did on the grill but you can cook however you like) 
mix it all together and enjoy 🔥
