Inspired by the second circle of hell in Dante’s Inferno, where Francesca and Paolo are punished for lust, it was released on May 19, 2023 as a single from the Unreal Unearth album.

First performed in Paris on April 21, 2023, it became one of the emotional centerpieces of the album and helped push Unreal Unearth to #1 in both Ireland and the UK charts. The album also debuted in the Top 3 in the US.

It is still today one of the fandom’s favorite, and for a good reason 🤎
