🗣️This past summer, I had a heart-to-heart with iambuckets something that can only happen when the trust is there. Even though he had a great previous season, I knew he needed to challenge himself to reach the level he sees himself at as a world-class basketball player. 🥋‼️

⭐️I challenged him to elevate his discipline to match the world’s best athletes. We focused on improving his conditioning to match his style of play as one of the best defensive guards in the world, and developing his jump shot through conditioning at game speed. A big goal was body composition—clean eating and consistently dropping body fat percentage. Proud of the progress‼️

⭐️So when the moment came to get a game-winning block and a full-court three to put it into overtime last night with the thebal he was more than prepared—spiritually, physically,tactically, and technically. 🏀🔥
