🗣️The  game of basketball is becoming more and more game of resources and unfortunately survival of the fittest.  Read (below)‼️‼️‼️‼️👀

🥋Congrats to my guy masonmoses on his success brewsteracademyhoops  played ALL 38 games at a high level as one of the best Shooters and team Defenders in the country‼️ #dojo #playerdevelopment 

💥One of the biggest issues I see in our younger hs athletes and programs, is not giving their self /players enough time after competitive cycles for recovery, to assess and reevaluate their needs:future goals. 🎯
💥The first two weeks after the season are some of the most important times to decompress reevaluate and start the assessment + micro and macro goal setting for Spring. 

💥 Address Overuse and asymmetrical issues. 
💥Prioritize Overall Strength and Conditioning (low impact)
💥Cross Training - Multi~Surfaces #strengthtraining 

💥Start looking at the calendar deciding what events you want to peak for and create a plan with your coaches and trainers.
