Running for fun can still be quick! First half marathon since March 2025 with no big goals, no expectations, just showing up and enjoying every mile of a great course. Somehow a 1:25:11 came out of it off no real training. We’ll take it.

Once the manuscript for themarathonbook gets turned in next month, structured training resumes. A fall marathon might be calling. 👀📕
