I made a quick stop at my local Jewel-Osco to pick up silver_spring_foods Fresh Ground Horseradish, then came home and pulled together this grilled steak salad, bringing the perfect balance of bold flavor and freshness to every bite.

Start by coating your steak with Silver Spring Foods Fresh Ground Horseradish and seasoning with your favorite steak seasoning. The horseradish acts as the perfect binder while adding a bold kick of flavor.

Slice your romaine in half lengthwise and drizzle with olive oil.

For the dressing, combine:
½ cup mayo
1-2 tbsp fresh horseradish
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp black pepper

Grill the steaks over high direct heat, flipping every 30 seconds or so for an even cook and great crust. Once finished, remove the steaks and place the romaine on the grill. It cooks fast, about 20-30 seconds, just enough to add a little char and color.

Top the grilled romaine with cherry tomatoes, homemade dressing, crushed croutons, shaved parmesan, and serve alongside the steak.
