​During the Day 1 arrivals at missgrandinternationalallstars one of our beloved Philippine queens, Filipina-Palestinian gazinii Ganados 🇵🇭 briefly became emotional when we asked about her family in Gaza.
​
​You could see her trying to hold composure between answers. The smile was still there. The queen was still there. But for a moment, the cameras caught something quieter and far more personal.
​
​Tonight’s arrival suddenly felt bigger than pageantry.  Because Gazini arrived also carrying concern for the people she loves thousands of miles away. It’s a reminder that behind every sash is a real life continuing offstage. Real people. Real fears. Real hope.
​
​Perhaps that is what makes this particular journey feel different for her.  Not just a return to competition.  But a woman trying to shine brightly while part of her heart remains elsewhere —where her dad is proudly rooting for her.
