The Monarchs’ decision to convert Legends Field from grass to turf was an investment in the future of the facility. Installing turf created the opportunity to turn the ballpark into a true entertainment destination, one that now welcomes concerts, festivals, youth sports, and of course, baseball. 

MMTH’s design, engineering, base crew, and turf install teams worked around the clock to deliver a community hub for every type of fan. Here’s to another winning season as the @kc_monarchs host their home opener tonight! #SportsDesign #Baseball #KansasCity
