Meet this Saturday's #TexasSuperstar, ‘Allyson’ Mexican Heather!

Mexican Heather blooms beautifully all summer long, with petite, bright pink blooms! Not only this, but it attracts the prettiest pollinators from bumblebees to butterflies. It is precious in your flowerbed but truly stands out as a potted plant on your patio.

A sun-loving, seasonal annual, Mexican Heather can grow up to 12-18 inches tall and 16-18 inches wide. In your flowerbed, it will thrive in amended native soil with a finished compost mix. Container plants should be grown in peat-based potting soil with a slow-release fertilizer.
