Through the Texas A&M University Department of Food Science and Technology and the Texas A&M Food Science Club, students are gaining hands-on experience by developing, processing and bottling their own food products using industry-grade equipment. 

From recipe development to food safety and labeling, students are applying what they learn in the classroom while creating Aggie-made favorites like Aggie Gold and Game Day BBQ sauce!
