Lisa Whittlesey aims to make a positive impact on the lives, health, and well-being of others. The author and co-author of nine, award-winning youth environmental curricula is a guest lecturer for tamuhort and the director for jmgkids, a youth #gardening program. 

"[The JMG Program] lets children get involved in exploring their world through meaningful activities that encourage leadership development, personal pride and responsibility, and community involvement,” she said.

Whittlesey can also be spotted in the tamugardens conducting hands-on demos with aggie.horticulture.
