## Caption

At #AgriLifeExtension, our goal is simple: make an impact in the lives of Texans. This #WorldFoodDay, we highlight the @urbancountyfarm, an urban garden and farm combating food insecurity in Dallas County by growing and harvesting fresh produce. 

The urban farm is a product of a fruitful partnership with Dallas County Commissioner I Theresa Daniel, Ph.D., (@tmd_dallascomm), and has provided 2.5 tons of fresh, farm-to-plate produce to shelters and community center kitchens. Tended to by the @dallascountymastergardeners, the model location works to make an impact in the future of Dallas County.
