Fun fact: The National Coffee Association shared data showing daily coffee consumption is up to a 20-year high among U.S. adults.

As a result, we are proud to offer the nation’s first academic coffee certificate via the Department of Food Science and Technology. The certificate program aims to be a pipeline for Texas A&M University students interested in establishing a career in the coffee industry as it will prepare students with the understanding about each step in coffee’s journey, from farm to cup.
