#NationalTeacherAppreciationWeek reminds us of the impact our educators have on the next generation. When aglifesciences student, Hannah Chambers (hannerlynn) joined texas4h in georgetowntx, she met 4-H leader, Laura Epps, who changed her life.

Epps, who taught clothing and textiles for Georgetown 4-H (wilco4h), saw Chambers' potential. Throughout Chambers' 8 years of involvement in #texas4h, Epps served as a mentor, encouraging her students to challenge themselves in competitions and officer elections. The 4-H leader was even there for Chambers when she received her acceptance into tamu.

"Her guidance and support helped me become who I am today and I cannot imagine my experiences without her," Chambers said.

Thank you to all teachers, principals, txextension specialists, agents, and texas4h leaders who constantly pour into our students helping them accomplish their goals.
