1. High school kids are FAST!!!! My hs times would have left me in the dust!! 💨

3. Hydration is key and coconut water is the preferred method 🥥 💦 

This was the first track meet for zicococonut and they showed UP, handing out ice cold coconut waters to all the fans and athletes as they arrived to the venue!

We had so much fun! What meet should we go to next???
