"Amanda Newlove handled the sale of our condominium in San Jose. We put our Condo up for sale shortly after I was diagnosed with a serious illness. We sat down with Amanda, and she gave us very clear instructions and advice on what steps to take to prepare ourselves and the condominium for this process. I expressed to Amanda that stress was something we were trying to avoid due to my illness. She assured me that we would make it through this process with the least stress possible. We followed all her instructions that we could. We moved out of the unit as soon as we possible which allowed Amanda's team of highly recommended professionals to take over. Her team refreshed and staged the unit within a week allowing us to go on the market very quickly. The unit showed very well, and we very quickly received an excellent offer from a highly qualified buyer. We were happy to accept the offer and move forward with the selling process. During this period Amanda communicated to me all the of the steps that were being taken to ensure that this sale was completed smoothly. Within a few weeks we were near closing and all I had to do was sign the documents. The sale process was pretty much completed within a month and a few days. We are so glad we had chosen Amanda to represent us. We had owned this home for 30 years and the process was a bit emotional. Amanda guided me through my emotions as well understanding my attachment to this home. Amanda Newlove handled the sale of our home with compassion and professionalism above and beyond what I expected. We are now on track for new adventures and new chapters in our lives.
