Hayden Panettiere opens up about her “very rough birth”, postpartum depression, and giving up custody of her daughter Kaya, now 11. Nashville actress, 36, shares Kaya with her ex-finance, Wladimir Klitschko.  “I had a really rough birth to the point where I almost didn’t make it through.” Following the birth, Panettiere shared about her postpartum experience. “I could not for the life of me be happy. I was so depressed and I just couldn’t find my way out [of] the dark.” Panettiere relinquished custody of Kaya to Klitschko in 2018.
