Mutton khorma in my style
Ingredients;
Fir marination:
Beef 1/2 kg
Curd 1cup
Green chilli 2-3
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 
Mint leaves 
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp

For gravy:
Cashew 4-5
Almond 4-5
Coconut 2-3 tbsp
Garlic 1 bulb
Tomato 2 medium 
Oil 2 tbsp
Whole spices (clove 2, cardamom 2, cinnamon stick 1 inch)
Curry leaves 
Green chilli 
Crushed chilli 1 tsp
Meat masala 1 tsp
Fried onion 1/4 cup
Cream 3-4 tbsp
