My 71 year old mom AND my 2 year old toddler came to Hip Hop class, what’s your excuse again? 😂

I grew up watching my mom workout at home. She never talked about “wellness” she simply embodied it. She cooked dinners at home, moved her body daily, always made sure to get outside, and kept our family and friends connected.

THIS is what longevity looks like.
