We have more regular season basketball to react to!

The Dallas Wings suffered a close loss to the Minnesota Lynx on Thursday night. The way they lost (whew, that defense...) and the postgame comments from Wings head coach Jose Fernandez made this feel like a way-too-early inflection point of their season.

Nekias Duncan and Steve Jones talk through the postgame comments, balancing the validity of the statements vs the timing of them, before breaking down what's happening with their defense.

From there, the guys check in on the Los Angeles Sparks since they have two games (and two losses) under their belt. The flashes of offensive flow and turnover generation defensively have been nice, but it won't mean much if they aren't able to establish a strong base defensively.

The Chicago Sky and Atlanta Dream made headlines due to the surprising Angel Reese trade. As of recording, they're now the only undefeated teams left. The guys talk through what they've liked from both (spoiler: the defense) and some areas they'll be monitoring in light of their upcoming schedule.

The guys end by discussing the games they're most excited to watch before next Tuesday's episode, then empty their notes with quick shoutouts from this week's action.
