devingraciano Devin Graciano, CEO of getgoldielocks didn’t go back to school to become a chemist. 
She went back because she wanted to understand more.

While working in styling, education, and product development, she started taking classes in chemistry, biochemistry, anatomy, and physiology.

Not for a title.
Not for credentials.
Just curiosity.

And the more she learned, the more she started noticing the gaps.

“I wanted just enough information to get me into a little bit of trouble… or be a headache to some of the chemists.”

That willingness to stay curious even when it’s uncomfortable IS what helped her see opportunities others missed.

Sometimes growth starts when you stop saying: 
“That’s not my field”
and start asking
“What can I learn from this?”
