Not everyone who’s curious about your life has good intentions.

Pay attention to how people respond to your growth, your struggles, and your wins. 

Genuine people leave you feeling understood, supported, and inspired.

 Competitive and insecure people leave conversations feeling better about themselves while you feel drained, exposed, or subtly diminished.

Not everyone deserves access to your inner world.
