Day Two of the adidas NextGen EuroLeague Finals tipped off with a rematch of the 2024 title game, and U18 Real Madrid stayed perfect in Group A by claiming a mightily impressive 97-63 victory over U18 Pole France INSEP Paris, which drops to 1-1.

Gunars Grinvalds led a perfectly balanced attack by netting 22 points, followed by Omer Kutluay with 17. Andrej Bjelic added 10 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists, while Fabian Kaysar had 10 rebounds, 8 boards and 6 assists. Hugo Alonso paired 9 points with 9 assists, Ousmane Diarra had 10 points and Egor Amosov did a bit of everything with 9 points, 5 assists and 4 steals, as Real racked up a total of 32 assists. Yael Masdieu-Reynaert paced INSEP with 14 points, and Messie Iwani added 13.

Seven lead changes in the first five minutes suggested a closely contested battle, but then Real started to dominate with a 9-0 burst for a 23-20 lead at the end of the first period. Consecutive triples from Bjelic helped extend the margin to double-digits, and Kaysar also netted twice from deep as the gap grew to 51-35 at the interval. The lead was taken past 20 points early in the third as Real maintained control, and it was 74-49 heading into the final frame. There was no let-up in intensity from the Spanish team, which powered to an emphatic win.
