The coalition aimed to empower three pieces of legislation: the Healthcare is Human Act, Dr. Lorna Breen Act, and Speak FREE Act. “I am not a doctor. I am not a nurse. I am not a member in any way of the healthcare workforce that I love so dearly. I am an actor. I’m the son of a nurse who spent 50 years caring for other people.
