One of the most powerful things about a sound bath session is that for a moment, you have the opportunity to not be your labels.

When the body enters the relaxation response, the nervous system softens. The brain begins reconciling emotions, experiences, and patterns from both the day and the past. The body shifts into restoration. Perspective opens.
