Featuring a new 3,500‑capacity live music and entertainment music venue, a new 250‑key hotel, public spaces, and 80,000 square feet of retail and restaurant buildout, the plans aren’t just for an expansion of Water Street Tampa, but the creation of an entirely new district within it.

SPP projects construction to begin in early 2027.
