Will forever choose an hour for me so I can have the rest of the day to show up as the best version of myself for them 

I used to think that any time away from my kids was selfish and made me a “bad mom” 

But the reality is, you can’t give from an empty cup 

It sounds cliche, but it’s so very true 

So if choosing one hour a day for myself means I can show up as the best mom I can be for them, then I will do that every day 

So moms, show up for yourself. 
Treat yourself with love and care. 
Do something that makes you happy 

So that you can be the best version of you, for them. 🤍
