Senior Vice President of Content and Station Manager at South Florida PBS, Joyce leads award-winning original programming spanning documentaries, children’s media, culture, and NextGen content. A 30-year media veteran, she oversees more than twenty productions annually while championing independent filmmakers and diverse community storytelling across South Florida.

Her work has earned nine regional Emmy Awards, six Telly Awards, multiple Communicator Awards, and the 2022 NATAS Suncoast Silver Circle Award. 📺✨ As a Miami native, Joyce is known for acclaimed productions including Buen Provecho! Florida’s Spanish Flavor, Art Basel: A Portrait, and Check, Please! South Florida — projects that celebrate the people, culture, and stories that shape our region.

A passionate advocate for independent filmmaking and meaningful storytelling, Joyce brings decades of experience supporting voices that inform, inspire, and connect communities through documentary cinema.
