my jello shots ratio — 
+ (1) 6oz jello packets
+ 1/4 cup gelatin
+ 2 cups hot water
+ 1 cup lalo tequila or vanilla vodka
+ 1 cup ice cold water
*the extra gelatin helped them not stick to the mold and also not melt so fast for the party

my honey garlic meatballs (full recipe on my substack) —
+ 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
+ 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
+ 1 egg
+ 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
+ 1/2 an onion, minced (or onion powder if in a pinch!)
+ 1/2 tsp kosher salt
+ neutral cooking oil
+ 1/3 cup honey
+ 1/2 cup ketchup
+ 1/4 cup soy sauce
+ topping: toasted sesame seeds
