When I started my journey as a coffee roaster I was a little scared that I wouldn’t be able to do some things without help being blind and all. I was shocked that this experience was so sensory. I was able to feel and smell my way through the entire process. I kept thinking to myself over and over that coffee roasters everywhere could employee blind and low vision people if they just took a little extra time in the training process and made a couple things tactile with bump dots
