## Caption

Your bathroom is leaking into the next room. And you can’t see it.

It starts at the chrome trim in your bathroom doorway. Under it 
sits a thin layer of green rubber paint — the waterproofing. 
Its job is to catch every drop of water that runs through your 
grout and stop it spreading into the rest of your house.

When that rubber doesn’t seal properly to the trim, water walks 
out. Under the trim. Into your carpet. Your underlay. Your 
bedroom floor.

You don’t see it. Until the smell starts. Or the mould.
