I was standing in a room full of people I had never met…
trying to act normal, trying to keep it together.

And then suddenly… something felt off.

I rushed to the bathroom, heart racing,
trying to figure out what was happening —
praying it was anything but what I thought it was.

And in that moment, it hit me.

The only thoughts in my head were:
WHAT is happening… and WHY is this happening to me?

Fear.
Confusion.
Embarrassment.
All at once.

One second life felt normal…
and the next, everything started to change.
