Sales gets a bad reputation.
Especially for women.
Especially for mums building businesses around real life.

But today at our monthly MOB Skills Workshop in Crouch End, hosted by the brilliant ekaterinaward , we unpacked something powerful:

✨ Selling is not about convincing.
✨ It is not about being pushy.
✨ And it is definitely not about performing.

It is about trust.
Being seen.
Believing in the transformation you create.
And learning to ask clearly for what your work is worth.

One of the biggest takeaways?
If asking for the sale feels uncomfortable, it is not because you are “bad at sales.”
Your nervous system may simply still read visibility, money or rejection as unsafe.

And the only way through that is practice.
Tiny reps.
Daily asks.
Showing up before you feel fully ready.

Because the women building sustainable businesses are not the loudest.
They are the ones willing to keep asking, keep refining and keep being seen.

Huge thank you to Ekaterina for such an honest, practical and empowering session, and to our incredible Crouch End Ambassadors kidsnjoycafe yazareda wearethreesixnine mini.garms.gang for creating a space where mums can grow their confidence, businesses and community together 💛

And if visibility, consistency and asking for the sale are things you want support with — MOB Sprint is exactly for you.

Our 28-day accountability programme is designed to help mums get visible, build momentum and actually follow through on the things they know will grow their business.
