Lavender Gin Lemonade:
- 2 oz. lavender simple syrup
- 6 oz. Empress gin
- 3 & 1/2 cups homemade lemonade (juice of 4 lemons, 1/2 cup sugar, 4 cups water)
- add lemon wheels to the carafe

Grapefruit Spritz:
- juice of 2 limes
- 1/2 cup elderflower liqueur
- 1 cup grapefruit juice
- 1/2 cup tequila
- 1/2 cup prosecco
- 1 cup club soda
- add lime wheels and grapefruit wedges to the carafe

Spiked Iced Tea:
- handful fresh mint
- 4-5 lemon wheels
- 1/2 cup lemonade
- 1 cup vodka
- 2 & 1/2 - 3 cups iced tea
