That doesn’t excuse harmful behavior.

But understanding pain changes the way we carry resentment.

Most anger, control, manipulation, criticism, and emotional shutdown comes from unresolved wounds beneath the surface.

People project the pain they never learned how to heal.

And sometimes real freedom begins when we stop asking:
“How do I punish them?”

And start asking:
“How do I stop carrying this pain inside myself?”
