Ingredients (I used about half of this)

800 g Falukorv
200 g (1 pcs) Yellow Onion
28 g (2 Tbsp) Olive Oil
90 g (6 Tbsp) Tomato Paste
300 g (3 dl) Double Cream 40% fat
100 g (1 dl) Milk 3% fat
8 g (1 Tbsp) Corn Starch
11 g (2 tsp) Dijon mustard
10 g (1 pcs) Bouillon Cube Beef
3 g (0.5 tsp) Salt
0.5 g (1 pinch) Black Pepper
10 g (5 Tbsp) Chopped Parsley
Serve with rice
