A suspect was arrested in Rutherford County after being accused of killing a 16-year-old this week in northeast Charlotte, according to police.

Investigators said 28-year-old Taquawn Lewis was located in Bostic on Thursday and arrested by the sheriff’s office. The Gaston County man was wanted in the killing of Joseph Samuel.
