Hailing from Fontana, California, Molly built her sound from a mix of rage rap, punk, alt-pop, and internet culture. Before music fully took off, she was deep into fashion and even studied in Japan for a period of time, which helped shape the aesthetic-heavy world she’s now known for. Artists like Playboi Carti, Black Kray, Chief Keef, Ecco2k, and Tyler, the Creator all influenced her approach, but she’s managed to make it feel uniquely her own 👼

Her early tapes like Molly’s World, Neptune, and Mélange quietly built a cult fanbase online, but 2024-2025 felt like the real breakthrough. She dropped her self-titled debut album, signed with Victor Victor/Capitol, toured with Don Toliver, performed at Rolling Loud, and had songs like “Windows Up” start circulating heavily across underground rap spaces. Then came Drake. After years of internet buzz and underground co-signs, Molly Santana officially crossed into the mainstream conversation overnight with Iceman 📈
