This case was performed with 425 cc round implants placed under the muscle (submuscular).

By 6 months, the implants have typically settled, swelling has largely improved, and the breasts often look softer and more natural—but healing and refinement can still continue in the months ahead.

It’s also important to remember that scar maturation takes time. Even when the shape looks stable, scars can continue to soften, fade, and blend over months to years, and in some cases it may take a few years to reach their final appearance.
