Drill of the Week: Perfect Drop 👌
 
This will help with:

✅ Drop consistency and placement 
✅ Hitting a drop that can’t be attacked
✅ Recognizing when to move forward 

Here’s how it’s done: 
-One player starts at the kitchen the other at the baseline
-In a game to 11, the player at the kitchen wins a point when they are able to volley the drop out of the air and the player at the baseline wins a point when their drop bounces in the kitchen
-You can do this drill for drops straight ahead or cross court 
-Once you finish a game to 11, you can switch roles with your partner
-Add this to your weekly practice to hit the perfect drop!
