If there’s one recipe that instantly feels like home to me, it’s Dudhi na Muthiya 🥹🤍
The way my mom makes them is truly unmatched. This is one recipe she has absolutely perfected over the years and every bite tastes just like the ones my Naani used to make when we were kids.

Every single time I visit her, I ask her to pack me a big dabbo of muthiya so I can keep eating them for days after coming back home 😂🤍 Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, comforting, wholesome, and honestly made with so much love.

And since Mother’s Day is around the corner, I had to share my mom’s special recipe with all of you 🫶 I made these easily in a dhokla tray and they turned out PERFECT. Pair them with chai for breakfast or enjoy them with chaas for a light lunch or dinner.
