I found these red carrots at grocery store few weeks ago and it was a calling to make Gajar ka Halwa / carrot dessert , you can use regular orange carrots but this gajar halwa turned out so delicious and instant pot did wonders 😍😍😍 hope you will try this and please tag me if you do.
